Help on: Electronic user keys
This tab shows the electronic user keys for a bank access which were exchanged with the relevant bank during the initialisation process.
For an explanation of specific elements within the form, simply click the number and marker that correspond to that element.
Electronic user keys: Here you will see the electronic user keys for the selected bank access. The system differentiates between the following types of keys:
- Electronic signature (A004 or A006): GPP took this key from your signature card
- Authentication (X002) and encryption keys (E002): these keys are administered by Global Payment Plus and are used for technical EBICS communication
Print initialisation letter: Click here to print the initialisation letter out again. It contains the electronic user keys exchanged with the relevant bank at the time the bank access was set up.
Change electronic user keys: Please click here to change the authentication (X002) and encryption keys (E002). GPP will then generate a new pair of keys. You must enter your signature PIN to authorise a change in the electronic user key.
Please note that electronic user keys do not normally have to be changed. Only change the keys if you are instructed by your bank to do so.
