Help on: Standing Order Entry / Modify / Delete

The standing order function in Global Payment Plus allows you, to easily administrate repeating credit transfers from accounts held with Commerzbank in Germany.

The entry of new standing orders, as well as modifications, suspensions and the deletion of existing standing orders can be captured through a respective entry mask. To submit such orders, the provision of the user’s electronic signature is necessary, just like for any other order submitted through Global Payment Plus.

Any new standing order, changes or deletion of existing standing orders must be submitted with full electronic signature, one day prior to the next execution date, in order to take effect.

Originator’s account: Choose the originator account from which the standing order is to be debited. It is possible to choose a Euro account held with Commerzbank in Germany.
A change of the ordering account for existing standing orders, can not be provided.

Standing order values: Per standing order, you can define a start date and the execution date (i.e. per month). Additionally, the frequency (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly) and optionally a date of last payment can be specified.

Beneficiary information: The receiving account can be any account held with a financial institution in Germany. The transaction currency is Euro.

Delete order: Click here, in order to discard a newly captured order, any changes just captured and an accidentally opened deletion form.

Close and sign: Click here, in order to electronically sign and submit the entered new order, modification or deletion.

Please be aware, that it might be necessary to add further electronic signatures from other users to fully authorize the order, depending on the authorization level of each user. Only a fully authorized order can be processes by the bank.

In order to allow processing in due time, any order concerning standing orders needs to be submitted fully authorized one day prior to first or next execution date.
