Manage authorizations

As a legal or authorized representative or person with admin-function to manage powers of attorney and permissions, the function allows you to see your company’s authorized signatories and their authorizations for online banking transactions with Commerzbank. You can also place an order online to delete or add permissions.

Assign employees the „Admin-function to manage powers of attorney and permissions“

If you, as a legal or authorized representative, wish to additionally authorize an employee for the administration of permissions, you can do so in this function under "Manage authorizations".

In case you wish to authorize an employee who is not yet listed as an authorized signatory / entitled person at Commerzbank, you can contact your Client service team or use the online service
