Senior Investment Manager

Before becoming an investment manager at CBG, Mr Widmann was employed in the area of corporate finance at Commerzbank AG. His career also includes a period in the area of private equity at Allianz AG (alternative investments). He began his career at Dresdner Bank AG in the area of structured finance. Dr Widmann studied law at the universities in Freiburg, Munich and Tübingen, and business administration in Stuttgart. He also has a qualification as a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
Dr Widmann has been active in the area of private equity since 2000.
