New moratorium regulations (The Act CVII. of 2020)
The Act CVII of 2020 introduces new moratorium regulations effective from January 1st, 2021. The Act, modified by the government decree No. 637/2020. (XII.22.), institutes an automatic debt payment moratorium to all capital, interest and fee payment obligation related to loans and commitments disbursed before March 18th, 2020.
In case you do not want to make use of the moratorium, please inform us in writing. Please be aware that to those clients whose payment obligations come under the regulation of the new debt payment moratorium, but did not make use of the previous payment moratorium in December 2020, the provisions of the new moratorium shall only be applicable if they notify us of its respective intention. The notification shall be submitted at any time until June 28th, 2021, but it affects only the payment obligations due after two business days after the notification had been submitted.
