Hereby we would like to inform you, that the government of Hungary extended the payment moratorium until 30 June 2022.

Companies whose net sales revenue from operations decreased by at least 25% during 18 months before the submission of their application, and that did not enter into a new agreement for preferential economic recovery credit facility or loan between 18 March 2020 and the submission date of their application are eligible for the moratorium.

The eligibility criteria of the payment moratorium changed so that if your company is participating on 30th September 2021 in the moratorium, you must declare between 1-31 October 2021 whether you intend to continue participating (as of 1 November 2021).

Please note that if you do not submit the declaration during this period, you will have to comply with your payment obligations again as of November 2021. Failure to produce and submit a statement until 31. October 2021. shall result in the loss of the right to stay in moratorium. Statements submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted.

The form of the declaration shall match the template defined in Article 6/2021. (IX. 15) MK, Annex 3.

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, amendments to the text of the declaration cannot be made, so that we can accept only the Hungarian version.

You can submit your declaration to our Bank in the following way:

- Via our Electra (Electronic banking) application (If you need further assistance please contact our colleagues at Electronic Banking or contact your Relationship Manager)

- In person, in one of our branches (Budapest, Győr, Miskolc, Kecskemét)
