With reference to Section 1.3.1. of the General Terms of Business, we inform you that Section 4.2. of the Bank’s General Terms of Business is amended by adding a new paragraph (Client information obligation), and Section 6. of the Bank’s General Terms of Business is amended by adding a new subsection 6.4. (Change of reference interest rate) as of 16 March 2020.
