Payment orders for future value dates

Dear Customer,

we hereby inform you that, with regard to the portfolio transfer agreement concluded between Commerzbank Zrt. and Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. and the planned date of transfer of the client portfolio (hereinafter referred to as the Transfer), that is the 1st of December 2022, Commerzbank Zrt. will not accept payment oders submitted for a value date after 30 November 2022. Orders submitted for a value date later than 30 November 2022 will automatically be deemed rejected and therefore not executed. From the date of the Transfer payment orders for future value dates may be submitted to Erste Bank Hungary Zrt.
