please be informed that with effect from December 15, 2019 the list of conditions for corporate clients of Commerzbank Zrt. will be modified.

The reason for the modification is to comply with the Regulation (EC) No 924/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain charges on cross-border payments in the European Union and currency conversion charges amended by regulation (EU) 2019/518, according to which as from December 15, 2019 the charges charged by payment service providers in the Member States of the Union for the execution of cross-border payments in euro should equal to those charged for domestic payments in the national currency of the Member State.
