Which data is recorded and how is it used?
Your user name/participant number:
If you want to save your user name in the app, we will save it in an encrypted form on your device. You can delete the saved user name by switching off the function or by deleting the app.
User tracking and evaluating user behaviour:
In the Commerzbank Mobile App data is collected and stored by web analysis technologies in an anonymous form exclusively for optimisation purposes. Profiles of use are drawn up from this data under a pseudonym. This data is not used to identify users of the app personally and is not combined with any data about the person behind the pseudonym. No personal data is stored at all. This also includes the user's IP address. This is made unrecognisable and does not permit any conclusions to be drawn about the user of the app. If you do not consent to this anonymous user tracking, you can object very easily in the app settings:
Under Menu -> Privacy: Turn the "Web tracking" switch here off.
Commerzbank uses a service from Google for in-app tracking:
You will find further information on the website of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre, Mountain View, https://google.com/intl/en_en/analytics/
Right to information:
You have the right to obtain information at any time about the data stored about you, its recipients and the purpose of data processing. The Data Protection Officer of Commerzbank AG will give you information about stored data.
