Amendments to “COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)” AO General Terms for opening, maintaining and closing accounts of legal entities

Dear Clients,

Please be informed of amendments introduced into "COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)" AO Terms for Opening, Maintaining and Closing of Bank Accounts of Legal Entities (hereinafter - Terms).

The amendments affect paragraph 5.1, which was amended in accordance with changes and amendments have been made to the Article 7 of the Federal Law dated 07.08.2001 N 115-FZ "On countering the legalization of illegal earnings (money laundering) and the financing of terrorism".

The new edition of the Terms coming into force on 20th of November, 2025 is available according to the reference [pdf, 461 KB] .
