Amendments to “COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)” AO General Terms for opening, maintaining and closing accounts of legal entities

Dear clients,

Please be informed of amendments introduced into "COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)" AO Terms for Opening, Maintaining and Closing of Bank Accounts of Legal Entities (hereinafter - Terms).

The amendments affect paragraph 4.14, which was amended in accordance with changes and amendments have been made to the Federal Law dated 27.06.2011 N 161-FZ "On national payment system" by the Federal law dated 24.07.2023 N369-FZ "On amendments to the Federal law "On national payment system".

The new edition of the Terms coming into force on 9th of September, 2024 is available according to the reference [pdf, 522 KB] .
