Dear clients,

"COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)" AO (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) informs you about changes have been made to "COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)" AO General Terms for opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts of legal entities in (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms”):

1. New system Digital2Go was added to Definition "DBO System";

2. Beneficiary and payer information necessary for funds crediting to the account for cross-border transfers only was specified additionally in the paragraph 4.8;

3. Status of the document which means its acceptance was specified additionally in the paragraph 4.12;

4. Status of the electronic document sent by the Bank to the Client by the DBO system which means receipt of the electronic document was specified additionally in the paragraph 11.5.
