Modification of List of Conditions

Dear Client,

we would like to inform you according to clause 1.3.1. of our General Terms of Business that Commerzbank has amended its List of Terms and Conditions for Corporate Customers. With effect from November 1, 2018 clause No. 13. Factoring will be deleted from the List of Conditions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
