Dear Client,

we kindly inform you about our service times at the year-end of 2018 as follows:

December 1, 2018 (Saturday) business day

December 15, 2018 (Saturday) bank holiday (business day in Hungary)

December 24, 2018 (Monday) bank holiday

December 25, 2018 (Tuesday) public holiday

December 26, 2018 (Wednesday) public holiday

December 31, 2018 (Monday) bank holiday

January 1, 2019 (Tuesday) public holiday

In the following we kindly call your attention to the respective changes in connection with the banking day on Saturday, 1st December, 2018:

  • On this day domestic HUF payment orders from HUF accounts will be processed only, while all other payment orders will be processed on the next banking day (3rd December 2018).
  • The cut-off time for domestic payments via Electronic/Internet Banking will be modified from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. with regard to Giro Zrt.’s working hours for clearing on working Saturdays.
  • For domestic paper-based payment orders a cut-off time of 11:00 a.m. will apply (instead of 2:00 p.m.).

Furthermore, we inform you that 15th December, 2018 – which is a business day in Hungary according to the decree of the Ministry for National Economy No. 9/2017 about the working rules for bank holidays in 2018 – will be a bank holiday at Commerzbank Zrt. Our bank will remain closed on this day for banking transactions and for customer visits.

We kindly ask you to plan your banking activities accordingly.
